1) Overview
At Elevyn Labs, we aim to process and deliver your skincare and supplement orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped within the United States, as well as the options and costs available to you.
We currently ship all orders within the U.S. only.
2) Processing & Fulfillment Times

Order Processing: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill before shipping.

Large Orders: Orders containing more than 200 items may take 5–10 business days to process.

The processing countdown begins when your order status changes from “New” to “Accepted.”

The first 2 hours after placing an order are considered a review window (“New” status), during which customers may cancel or make address changes.
Once an order moves to “Accepted,” it is prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled or edited, as outlined in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A. Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $50 (before tax and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

This offer excludes express shipping; customers choosing express delivery will be responsible for those shipping costs.

Note: Express delivery time estimates begin after your order has been fulfilled. Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery estimates.
4) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after shipment confirmation.
5) Shipping Address Changes
Address changes can be made within 2 hours of order submission by emailing support@elevynlabs.com
After this period, or once an order is marked as “Accepted,” it can no longer be changed or cancelled (see Section 2 and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy).
6) Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Elevyn Labs is not responsible for delays due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Weather, postal carrier issues, or natural disruptions

Holidays or high-volume shipping periods
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact support@elevynlabs.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
7) Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery.

Confirm your shipping address is correct.

Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number for more details.
If the package is not located within a reasonable time, email us at support@elevynlabs.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or determining next steps.
8) Order Size Limits & Split Shipments
Large orders may be packaged and shipped in multiple boxes. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
9) Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, please email support@elevynlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll verify the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10) Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect operational or carrier changes. The latest version will always be posted on www.elevynlabs.com with the effective date above.
