1) Overview

We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure every order meets expectations. Because our products include skincare and dietary supplements, certain items are restricted from return once opened for health and hygiene reasons.
This policy outlines when and how you may request a cancellation, replacement, return, or refund.

2) What’s Covered

You may submit a claim if:

  • An item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted: Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • A package is lost in transit: Must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If Elevyn Labs is responsible for the issue, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

3) Order Cancellations

We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, so cancellation requests must be made quickly.

A. 2-Hour Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at support@elevynlabs.com within 2 hours of submitting your order.

  • We will make every effort to cancel it before it begins processing.

  • If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.

  • B. Cancellations Within 24 Hours (Conditional)
  • Cancellation requests received after the 2-hour window but within 24 hours may still be considered; however, approval is not guaranteed.
  • If your order has already entered preparation or packaging, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as outlined in Section 6 (Non-Returnable or Exempt Items).

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

C. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel, email support@elevynlabs.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Full name

  3. Reason for cancellation

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

4) How to Start a Return or Claim

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@elevynlabs.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the product, packaging, and any visible damage

  4. If undelivered, confirmation of the correct shipping address

We’ll review your request and notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds or replacements are processed promptly.

Do not return any items without authorization. Returns received without approval will not be processed.

5) Return Address & Authorization

We do not publish a public return address. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and a Return Authorization (RMA) number via email.

  • Ship your item within 7 days of approval and provide tracking details.

  • You are responsible for the item until it is received and inspected by us.

6) Non-Returnable or Exempt Items

We cannot accept returns, replacements, or cancellations for the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer:
    If a package is returned to us, you must cover reshipment costs after confirming the corrected address.

  • Unclaimed or refused packages:
    Unclaimed or refused deliveries will require reshipping fees before dispatching again.

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind:
    Returns for personal preference (scent, flavor, texture, etc.) are not accepted once the product has been opened. Unopened returns may be considered case-by-case.

  • Orders already prepared or packaged:
    If an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if it has not yet shipped.

  • Rejected or unpaid customs fees (international orders):
    Orders returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs or import fees cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • Hygiene and safety reasons:
    Skincare and supplement products that are opened, used, or have broken safety seals are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Important: To exercise statutory return or cancellation rights (such as the EU cooling-off period), customers must first accept delivery. Refusing delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation.

7) Limited Returns for Unopened Products

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion.

  • Approval must be requested in writing before shipping any return.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds for approved unopened returns will exclude shipping and non-recoverable transaction fees.

8) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer. We may waive physical return if photographic proof is sufficient.

9) Lost Packages

If tracking shows no delivery by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days.
We’ll investigate and, once confirmed, will issue a replacement or refund.

10) International Orders

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and local compliance.
Orders returned or destroyed due to customs rejection, unpaid duties, or incorrect contact information cannot be refunded or replaced.

11) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued once goods are received and inspected.

12) Refund Timelines

Once your return or cancellation is approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact support@elevynlabs.com.

13) Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks inconsistent with this policy.

14) Policy Updates

We may revise this policy at any time to reflect business, legal, or operational changes. The latest version will always appear on our website with the effective date above.

15) Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
